  1. Open Sideout and find your arena page through search, Explore, or a shared link.
  2. On the arena page, tap Claim this venue. This button appears when the location does not yet have an approved manager.
  3. Review the benefits, such as control over venue information, official contact details, and verification, then tap Learn more.
  4. In the form, explain your relationship with the arena: for example, whether you are the owner, manager, responsible coach, or court administrator.
  5. Add official contact details such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and website. These help the Sideout team validate the request and may appear on the arena profile after approval.
  6. Tap Send request and wait for review. You will be notified when there is a response.
