Registering an arena puts it on Sideout’s map and helps players find it, save it, review it, and use it for events, trainings, and tournaments.

Step by step
- Open the app and go to the Explore screen.
- Tap the + button at the top of the screen to open the arena form.
- In Arena details, enter the arena name, add a short description, and choose the location type.
- In Location, tap Use my current location to fill coordinates and address automatically, or complete the fields manually.
- Review address, city, state, and neighborhood, then tap Create arena to publish it on Sideout.

It becomes easier for local players to find and can be used for events, trainings, tournaments, reviews, and community posts.
Do I need to be the owner to register an arena?
Not necessarily. The initial listing helps the community map places to play. If you manage the arena, you can request to claim it later.
Who can edit an arena that has not been claimed?
Until an approved manager claims the arena, the community can help suggest or update details such as name, address, and location information.
